Cities around the world collaborate to share observations of nature in the 2024 City Nature Challenge.
Save LA River Open Space has become a partner with the
Natural History Museum & Academy of Sciences for this year's event!
All ages are invited! Invite your friends and family to participate.
Through documenting the wildlife and plant organisms with the iNaturalist app, we will all learn more about our urban ecosystem!

Save LA River Open Space will be participating with schools in the Valley, in family-friendly competition to get people to find and document plants and wildlife in cities across the globe to see who can make the most observations of nature, who can find the most species, and who can engage the most people.
